If convicted, he'll be convicted as a sex offender. So he can't live by schools, parks, whatnot. Is that really just? He was never a threat to children or anybody for that matter. If he wanked Willy out in a playground to show Mr. Snake to a five-year-old that's plain wrong and he should go to jail, get fired, lose his pension, whatnot. The OK statute puts his crime up with child porn and rape. Is that really right?

If he feels the rulign reached it is unjust he can appeal and the case could possibly reach the Supreme Court who would rule on the constitutionality of it. As a citizen of the U.S. and Oklahoma he is bound by certain tenants of the law. He should understand the consequences of deviating from those guidelines, hell he was a judge, he show know better than anyone the repercussions of behavior in violation of those laws.

The punishment is constitutional, all right...it's just not right. A lot of the justice system is based on "by the book" punishment with little room for logic. So we have DUI killers out on probation but this judge is up there with serial rapists. And it's perfectly constitutional. Maybe justice isn't always served by the courts, huh? No doubt, the best thing is to keep it in your damn pants, but punishment should fit the circumstances of the crime. I'm sure those indecent exposure laws were passed thinking of the guy with "Mr. Snake", and they work beautifully there. But they don't work here, and there's not a damn thing this guy can do about it.

What he could have done is not get himself in the situation in the first place. No one made him act in a manner that ran against the law. I'm failing to see how is a victim.

I agree with you. Although I would like to clarify that it wasn't the blowjob itself that got him impeached. It was lying about it under oath.

I would have voted to impeach Clinton not only for lying about the hummer but for poor taste in the provider of said hummer. At least Kennedy had taste in hitting Marilyn Monroe.
