I have a buddy (who unfortunately moved to YYC) with a float endorsement. Whenever he called and said" lets go flying" I was on my way in two seconds.
I have a brother-in-law in Elliot Lake and he has friends with a Beaver on floats. He never has to buy a drink after I get a ride.

Thats what those old galley ships did wrong: If the slaves err... Y pax stopped rowing, they'd still float on water. No luxury in the air! Hell of an incentive.

    Does Ryanair know about this?
