To behonest I forget the name for it, but theres and Infa-red camera there, that "tooth pick" thing is used for piercing the cabin of the aircraft and allows for quick water down, and that shower head is for foam if i recall.

What is that thing on the 2nd picture?

Looks like the spike you poke trough the skin of the fuselage if you know where the fire is located, if the fire is located in the rear aft or front aft, you just poke it there and shower the area of F class or 1/3 of Y class.

I'm not sure if there's a special name for it. I think it's just called "piercing nozzle"
