Shortly put: It's a lizard. But it is indeed fake (it has two heads). If it's not fake, it's a genetic malfunction. But I think it's fake.

I think the bigger end is the "head" which is in fact might be the tail.

Its probably like the two headed snake, like a predator is likely to attack the "head" while the head after can defend himself by biting back or something??????

Oops. wait. That is indeed a caterpillar. No idea which kind though.
