There are no "GTA-style" games out there. There are only real GTA games, and GTA rip-offs. Bully is the latter, a rather stupid game with the concept of being a school bully, meaning beating up classmates and p!ssing off teachers. Nowhere even near GTA.

it sounds a little weak, but it's not too often Rockstar flops on a title.. I'll reserve judgement until it's released..

It's called 'Canis Canem Edit' over here, haven't played it but it sounds like it would get boring quickly.
