    yeah...we had a similar thing saying that we have to have 20% of our energy coming from renewable resources by 2020, but it was voted down. Some people should be slapped, its ALWAYS windy here, and getting some wind generated power would be so easy, but people are against it because "it ruins the landscape"....WHAT FREAKIN LANDSCAPE!?!?!
