Sammy Boy...you have to mount the .cue file in a program such as Alcohol 120...which you can get off the internet...in .cue format (hahahah). Kidding. Find it, install in, then mount the .cue and you should be in business. Or mount the .bin and see what happens. It's been awhile since I've mounted .bin and .cue...since most of my internet downloading is Thia porn.
