I got an outer dust/waterproof bag with mine, you just whip it on the outside.

I recently got the Lowepro Computrekker AW which fits my setup great including laptop. For me it is the perfect bag as I travel alot and cuts out the need to carry a Laptop and Camera bag.

That's odd, I have exactly the same bag and I paid £60-£80 for it last year from Jessops aswell!

Have just had a look on Ebay, approx prices for new ones are around £60, unless you want one imported from Singapore, in which case you will be fleeced fro £149.99 plus £40 P+P!!! I think I will put a bid on a second hand/newish one:
