You're confusing the 300C with the Camaro . The 300C is more of a "Yo, I be putting them bling-bling-rims on ma ride an' add fiddy monitors to it" type car .

When I lived in upstate New York I was a passenger in a car and got into an accident when we slid on some ice. Freezing rain had been falling all morning and the police were trying to close all the roads, but we didn't know about the closure until we were already well on our way.

Came to a traffic light going downhill, hit some ice, slid into the intersection sideways and hit a car waiting for the light.

Thankfully no one was hurt and damage wasn't too bad.

I live in North Carolina now so ice isn't really that much of a problem.
Fly Raleigh-Durham International, with direct flights on Air Canada, AirTran, American Airlines, American Eagle, America West, Continental Airlines, Continental Express, Delta Airlines, Delta Connection, jetBlue, Northwest Airlines, Southwest Airlines, United Express and US Airways to:

ATL, AUS, BWI, BOS, CHS, CLT, MDW, ORD, CVG, CLE, DFW, DTW, FLL, BDL, HOU, IND, LAS, LAX, LGW, MEM, MIA, MSP, BNA, EWR, MSY, JFK, LGA, ORF, MCO, PHL, PHX, PIT, STL, SLC, TPA, YYZ, DCA and IAD.

Well in all honesty, brakes dont mean shit on ice. You need to take a really slow. Doesn't matter if you have AWD or 4WD, 2WD, ABS w/e. Braking on Ice is NEARLY impossible. Slamming on the brakes often results in you spining out of control. You want to hit the brakes with force, but not too much. Also be VERY careful with turning the wheel. A slight nudge when braking on ice will send you spining easily.
Its always hard to tell if there is ice too. Up in the North East, black ice is common (When Ice just looks like water on the road) When it is wet out, and below freezing, you need to go VERY slow. (Well below the speed limit. You'll end up in an acident or ditch, guaranted if you go too fast) Also keep you distance. You want to be a good 25-50 ft extra away from the car infront of you, depending on your speed.
