My mom beats your mom! She mixed up the accelerator and brake when she was learning how to drive and went into the garage...out the back wall and through the living room before stopping. Half the car was in the backyard and half was in the living room. Things destroyed: tables, lamps, a 93 Nissan Altima (which we fixed), bookshelves, 2 month old sofa...

Any takers?

My grandmother backed up through a garage door once. ANd if I remember the story right, she did it on purpose because she was in a rush and couldnt get the door open. Here's the kicker, she was in a mid-60's mustang. (thankfully it was in the mid-60's when they weren't a collectible like today.
