I never really watched Soccer but last summer I spent a month in Italy so we watched soccer pretty much every night.. When they won i've never seen a city go so crazy everyone was on their little scooters yelling stuff, waving flags, everyone was drunk it was crazy. That headbutt by Zidane was the coolest/funniest thing I've ever seen in a sports match.

Hey, [email protected] was my first game.

Sharks won 5-2, and there was a hat-trick.

The Jackets won my game 4-1, including an empty netter by Manny Malhotra with around 30 seconds to go to top it off. Part of their 23-win second half of the season last year. Too bad everybody was hurt at the start of the season & they only won 12...otherwise, they could've been flirting with the playoffs last year.

Soccer is the best i play for my high school and the kids always fight i posted some on youtube.

Amen. I went to my first NHL game last March ([email protected]). I had wanted to get into hockey before that & by the time I left that night, I was hooked.

awesome. Shutting somebody down with a spectacular save is one of the absolute best feelings in the world. Especially when they think its going in so they start to celebrate. No trash talking required, just act like its no big deal, toss the puck to the ref and give that player a huge s**t eating grin

Ever been to a Hockey game? I went to a San Jose Earthquakes(pro soccer) game, and was bored out of my mind. I went to a Sharks game, and it was more fun than baseball and basketball games combined. I still prefer football, however. Hockey on TV is no where near as exciting than when you are there in the crowd, its really worth a try.

Those hits Joe posted remind me of seeing Anson Carter & Rostislav ("Rusty") Klesla accidentally plow into each other at full speed at the Senators/Jackets game in December. I was in the upper bowl & my ribs hurt!
