  • HOw does your city's skyline look? DIAL-UPS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

Well, ATL looks like any 'major' American City: Tll building in the middle and short ones around them!

Here's ATL: The city! (as of December 2002)

I took this pic, and it was my 6th shot with my new Nikon I got for Christmas. It was taken South of the city of Atlanta, where I-75 and I-85 merge into one. The two roads spilt back into two separate interstates just North of the city. This is at the I-20/I75-85 junction aka near Turner Field.

The golden dome on the right is the Georgia State Capitol, which has been undergoing restoration for some time now. (It STILL has all those rafters on the dome)
THe tall brown building near the center of the picture is actually right next to Cenntenial Olympic Park! Also, if you look at the left most edge of the picture, towards the bottom, you can see the one thing (most) Atlantans know second-best: Delta Airlines :P Sorry guys, Coke is first!

Igues I'm thorugh with my years of South-hating...its really OK!

P.S: HOw do you make the bloody pic smaller?
EDIT: Let's see if this makes it smaller..

The actual town I was born in (Redhill, Surrey, England) is a few miles from the town where I live now (Horley, Surrey, England). Here are some pictures of Redhill town centre from around 10 years ago.

The road up north to London:

Although I currently live in Washington, D.C., I am sure you all know basically what that looks like, i.e., Capitol, White House, Pentagon, etc.

Below is the city I spent the first 20 years of my life in:

                        Adelaide, South Australia

This photo (I think) was taken by Jason Milligan.
