Hi!

First of all - I would like to introduce myself, as I am quite new on jp.net as well as a forum member. I come from Vienna, Austria and in non-aviation-photography business I am a medical doctor. Flying and planes was something I was completely crazy about since I can think, and making photos of planes is just fun!

Another thing I like a lot is music, so I thought it might be a nice idea to start a threat about songs that have to do with flying. Personally, one of my favorites is Heather Nova´s "Doubled Up"...

Okay, so it's about a plane crash. But I really like it, it's a beautiful song. Dave Grohl has written a number of songs about flying. This song was on the Godzilla soundtrack, from memory.

This is a great idea for a thread - I've been trying to think of songs about flying that I could put on a tape for my Dad's birthday.
