    I think so. You could google pictures of brown reculse bites if you want, but you probably won't ever want to eat again. Apparently you don't notice a brown reculse bite until a few hours after you get bitten.

      Medical procedures (and this is not new "science") involving burn victims use said maggots and leeches as part of treatment process - standard practice in many hospitals - and it works very well. Them "bugs" eat the dead flesh and coagulents keep the blood thin to stop clotting - burn wounds heal quicker.
