  • Your Daily Moment of Zen

    (Modified to reflect contemporary wisdom)

Always remember you're unique. Just like everyone else.

If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you.

Duct tape is like the Force. It has a light side and a dark side, and it holds the universe together.

    This is actually true.

Once on an Indian airlines flight quite a few years ago, the bathroom door fell out, so the plane returned for an emergency landing, and they fixed the door temporarily (for that flight) with duct tape!
"The Director also sets the record straight on what would happen if oxygen masks were to drop from the ceiling: The passengers freak out with abandon, instead of continuing to chat amiably, as though lunch were being served, like they do on those in-flight safety videos."

What Clovis learned during his Saturday moment of Zen...

"There is no such thing as a half-moon. The moon is always whole, but like a woman's personality, it has phases."

The actual type of tape is called Duct Tape. For it is used to repair duct work. Air Conditioning ducts for example. Duck Tape is a brand of duct tape.
