    Where is hurricane Flossie? We kept getting a weather warning on the ship about it. Of course, we also got a weather warning for Washington DC

  • 2007 Atlantic Hurricane Season Discussion Thread

    The Atlantic hurricane season is finally getting more active, with a new Tropical Depression formed in the Eastern Atlantic. Model projections have this storm strengthening into Tropical Storm, then Hurricane Dean - possibly reaching category 4 strength by this coming Saturday in the area of SXM!

    Yes it's a LONG way out there but something to keep an eye on.
