Well, I guess this guy decided that his mission is to make an ass of himself in the name of god on I-Drive around mid to late morning everday. As for the past 3 days I have been in the area at that time, I have seen him. Apparanetly he just drives up and down the same area making U turns to go back and forth, then leaves when he feels like it

Was able to get some better pics from outside. Still trying to figure out what most of the stuff pasted on there has to do with jesus

I know this sounds terrible, but I think it would look funny if that car got into an accident and those little action figure doodads or whatever were spread over 3 blocks.
