Read what I believe is the most fascernating book ever - "A short history of just about everything". Starts off with the creation of our universe and coming out of this is an illustrated version of just how "small" we are. Check this out.

I certainly thought this was enlightening. Beyond our sun. It's a big universe.

Antares is the 15th brightest star in the sky. It is more than 1000 light years away. Now how big are you?!

Now TRY to wrap your mind around this.........

This is a Hubble Telescope Ultra Deep Field Infrared View of countless
"ENTIRE" Galaxies Billions of Light-Years Away.

Below is a close up of one of the darkest regions of the photo above.

Humbling, isn't it? Now How Big Are You? And how big are the things that upset you today?

Keep life in perspective and don't sweat the small stuff!

Hellishly interesting and then on the opposite end of the scale are sub-atomic particles and living organisms such as bacteria and single cell microbes, can one imagine how "small" they should feel against the size of our universe - talk about opposite extremes. If you have the opportunity to read the book, (it's wonderfully illustrated as well) - do so, I certainly enjoyed it.....
