How to fix this Google Earth map?

Got to PREFERENCES>VIEW>ATMOSPHERE and turn it off.

Hi Y'All,

Some of you may know how to edit or toolbar. I could NOT find to get rid of line of border in the background behind the earth surface? This is only my PC has problem not my laptop does not show. Where do I find toggle off or on to rid of line border? It's driving me nutz! LOL! Here the picture:



Please help me where to edit and how to fix it?
