  • There's more to shoot than planes.

    Hi all, thought I'd share some pics from Saturdays trip to the qualifying day of the British Superbikes. It made an excellent change from shooting planes with the same rush as shooting fast jets. And boy these suckers are quick, I would say it's easier panning a fast jet than these boys. Anyway I'll shut up & share the pics.

      DAMN those are some awesome photos... In March I shot the American LeMans race at Long Beach and it was an entirely different feeling then that of jets. Next weekend im going to Laguna Seca to shoot the Sports Car Championships (ALMS and Speed World Challenge) Should be fun lets hope i get good weather and some amazing shots like yours.

        Oh this is really good, you caught the sparks coming from the "30"'s boot.

        I like the flaming Kawasaki no. 6 bike..

                  ^That's why they wear special knee caps. Touching the asphalt helps them enter the turn at a high speed and reduces the risk of "laying" too much, loosing control, sliding and therefore crashing the bike.
                  I still have to wait till December to get my M licence
                  Great pictures though ! Both the GP and F1 ones !
