  • Vid Clip from St. Barths

I totally had forgotten that I had some video clips from SXM and SBH which i've never uploaded before. They were taken in July 2006. Excuse the rubbish quality as my DV camera was only really cheap, plus I must be a rubbish cameraman.
The clip below is a few landings and departures from SBH.

The last couple of times i've been there, we've tended to spend the morning on the beach, have lunch at that very nice but hugely expensive French restaurant on the beach with a few alcholic beverages to gear us up for the climb up the hill (which really isn't that bad) for shooting in the afternoon. Then roll/fall back down the hill sunburnt and dehydrated into the terminal to wait for the ride back to SXM.
If you do go for lunch in the restaurant give yourself plenty of time as it's very relaxing and not rushed.

                OOOHHHHHH......ShIIIIIIIIT !!

I can just guess at the last cockpit instruction on landing being........." Pump the brakes 'Arry, pump the bloody brakes !! "

I'm going to have to go there.
If it 'ain't broken........ Don't try to mend it !
