  • FAO Princess Leia

The heathen savages indigenous to this forum apparently hold Mammut americanum to be some sort of diety, as evidenced in this post: http://forums.jetphotos.net/showpost...9&postcount=12

Perhaps, if you have an authentic tusk, or a fossilized bone or two, you can parlay that into some sort of position of religious authority, and get them to do our bidding...

I actually do have a piece of Mammoth tusk on my desk here.

Shaking vigorously at the screen, in hopes that it will accomplish something.

A Mammoth and a Mastodon are TWO DIFFERENT THINGS around here.

All you have succeded to do is make the jp community wither into the fetal position and cry.

Whatever. They're both dead furballs, and incredibly lame compared to dinosaurs. Just like Jim Morrisson.

Sounds like the start of a civil war to me, which I guarentee you do not want.

It'll be like that. Except we'll be atop Mastodons with tusks.

            Ok, fine.

I'll just try to dig one up myself then. It shouldn't be that hard, right?

Once I'm named High Priest, I'll order them to stop taking pictures of airplanes, and start taking pictures of backhoes and excavators. That should be fun...

We already dug em all up last summer, but we ordered Maxpower to reburry them all. I'd say start looking in the North Dakota area.

No, no. No war at all. Who wants that? Our influence will be much more subtle and insidious.

From the heavy equipment forum I participate in, I actually know the guy (online anyway), that dug up the Hyde Park NY mastodon. http://www.priweb.org/mastodon/HP_ma...ast_facts.html

No, actually, by AD forum standards I was a relative noob, of a paltry thousand+ posts. It's just that upheaval creates opportunities....

On edit: actually, the notion that that group can be led is laughable...

Further proof of dinosaurs domination over mammals.
