After the bombing of the Jordanian Embassy in Baghdad and now the UN HQ there Jordan have refused to send the troops they had promised to the coalition in Iraq, Japan are also reconsidering their historic decision to send troops to Iraq which was approved despite heavy opposition within and outside the govt.
