  • Jp.net: The facts uncovered

The next morning the guests awoke to the same cloud skies with spits of rain rattling off the old windows in the old house. They had not slept well since midnight when the final sounds of Ansett were heard echoing through the dusty halls. they came downstairs for breakfast in a sullen wide eyed silence. they took their seats and were served eggs, bacon, and toast. Occasionally a guest would glance at the head of the table and shudder. The guests finished and plodded off to upload pictures or argue some more about ISO settings. The police were called out and duly arrived. The body was bundled into the police cruiser next to a petty thief, DeltaASA16 who had been pulled drunk out of the liquor store. When he saw the body of the unfortunate Aussie he began screaming about spooks and the officer had to knock him on the head with an empty beer bottle to quiet him down. The officer drove off with the promise that a detective should be over in a few hours to see what had happened. The skies continued in there clouded froth and the rain increased to a steady tempo. The guests continued in their forum related activities until lunch was called. They were served turkey sandwiches with a side of ruffle cut potato chips. For dessert they had chocolate pudding cups and whipped cream. The butler announced that he and his wife were going shopping in the town of Wyebrook on the other side of the river that separated the house from anything. The house lay about a mile from the river at at bend so the river was on 2 sides of the house. The river was swift with sharp rocks in it and uncrossable. On another sides of the house there was a large forest with a great gorge through it. The road ran through this wood and crossed the gorge on an older wood bridge. The gorge served the runoff from surrounding lands and channeled it down into the river. At 1:30pm the butler and his wife crossed the bridge going into town. At 2:30pm the detective crossed the bridge in the opposite direction heading to the house at 3:35pm the rain increased to a downpour and by 4:45 the water in the gorge was nearly up to the bridge. At 5:00pm the bridge was an inch underwater and the butler and his wife tried to cross the river. Unfortunately a veritable rush of water knocked the car into the gorge and the bridge on top of it. The bridge was out and with it the only way out of the fated house for the detective and the unlucky guests. The guests did not know any of this but thet did know that the detective had arrived at 3:00pm and began questioning them. At 5:00pm the detective bade the guests farewell and started down to the town. At 6:00pm he returned soggy, with the news that they were stuck in the house until the rain stopped and someone realized their plight. The guests settled in to wait it out and use the internet but unfortunately for them the phone and cable lines went over the gorge on the bridge so they were stuck unable to communicate with the outside world. unluck for them there was a murderer among them. who could be next?

      I know it!

The poor lad kept some of the airline food to eat later. Just before going to sleep he ate it. Surely that must have killed him. Especially if it is long-haul airline food.

Eating airlinefood... my god... he must have suffered so much in his last few seconds...

      Am I any close?!?

Part 3 should come out tomorrow. I think before it's over there will be more body bags in the foyer. Stay Tuned.
