I get a new work's phone every 6 months. My latest is the Samsung U900 Soul, a 5mp slider handset with HSDPA and it's actually quite good. Storming battery life for a modern phone and it pisses all over my previous Sony K850i. Very easy to use and despite a couple of quirks I'm liking it alot.

Also have a Blackberry Pearl for email.

Just got my latest phone on contract. Nokia N95 8GB, a great little handset...GPS actually works, good audio etc... having said that however, people usually complain they can't hear me very clearly on loudspeaker...mmm...

          Sony Ericsson P1i

          - Don't like the 3.2MP Cam that much.
          - Like the Calendar related stuff
          - Like the MP3 / Radio Player
          - Also like the Symbian OS
          - Use the QWERTZ Keyboard quite a lot (the possibility to use it "single-hand" was important)
          - Not using the WLAN that often but it works...
          - And it looks just more sophisticated (swedish ) than any other smartphone without being "bricky"...

Started my "career" 1996 with the Nokia 2110i ... the most freaky one I ever owned was the Nokia 7110 with the pop-open keyboard-cover

Treated myself to a new Nokia N95 8GB, had it 8 weeks, still don't know how to use it! As mentioned the GPS thingy is interesting. 5mp camera came in handy for some sneaky shots at Lahore and Islamabad airports.

why is it that the Europeans get the best phones at the cheapest prices, with or w/o a contract? N95 is around $500 here in the US

N95, had the Iphone type thingy and couldn't wait to rid myself of that heap of junk.

                      patiently awaiting the N96 arrival.
