It is so easy to do stupid things while driving a forklift. I knocked a dresser off a shelf that was about 2 and 1/2 stories high. That was awesome. Especially when a porn magazine fell out. I also punched a hole in a box (and the chair inside) with one of the forks.

Having worked in Cargo for a few years we saw waaaaay to many accidents. In this one the aisle is stacked with all kinds of stuff that should not be there. He's lucky he didn't get hurt when he fell off the ladder.
