just wondering if any of our middle eastern Arabic speaking friends can translate the following proverb into Arabic for me.

man fears time, yet time fears the pyramids.

I'm hoping to get it tattooed down my arm or my spine and I want the precise translation.

Why would you tattoo something on your body that you don't even know the meaning of?

Anyway, something else - would it be written in Arabic? I mean, to be more authentic, wouldn't it have been written in Heiroglyphics?

As a person who taught ladies around the world Norwegian sentences that for the most part ment the exact opposite of what I told the ladies, I'd say beware! You might end up with having a very hard time explaining to a bunch of Arabs why you have tatooed "All Arabs are gay" on your arm.....or worse.
