  • Microwave popcorn can be popped normally too

I thought that microwave popcorn was something extra unique, but its not, incase your micro is not working or you dont have one, just put the contents (not the packet, onlt the corn and oil inside) in a large cooking pot, place lid and cook on high flame will be done within a minute or two, and you save electricity. You may have to add a bit extra oil or butter.

Please also note that artifical butter flavour is made out of some chemical and inhaling the fumes too often can be harmful to your lungs, wether you micro the corn or not, one person in the US is sueing a micro popcorn producing brand for not issuing a warning about this, the guy used to eat 4-5 packets of butter flavoured micro corn a day cooke din a microwave oven and frequent inhaling of the buttery scent caused damage to his lungs.

Yes, but what does this have to do with Porter's new route that they're opening up?

IIRC that phone thing was made by a company selling headsets. It's fake.

While I think this is fake it does illustrate that the kind of radiation produced by cell phones is heat based and not ionizing. The wave that is produced by a cell phone simply heats up the electrons around its source causing them to spin faster. Ionizing radiation would kill the cell or mutate it possibly causing a cancer to form when the cell went to split. There is ZERO proof that heating up a cell can cause any damage to it...well at the amounts given off by a cell phone.
