I can't remember where I got the templates at, but I've been using MS Paint and Paint Shop Pro 8 in tandem to get the results I wanted. I really like the dropper tool in PSP, and the metallic silver is one of the default swatches in PSP. I'll try to put together some other ones and keep posting them. I like using templates because it is easier (to me) than using a photo and tweaking it from there.
