Gents,
Can someone with access to;
a) AC power adaptor for a Sony Vaio laptop (model no CF-AA1639 M7)
b) Decent multimeter
please do me a favour........
I need to know the -exact- voltage that adaptor outputs, not the stated voltage as obviously I can read that on the adaptor I have here but what actually comes out the end.
My laptop is currently residing in the Sony 'Service' Centre in Dubai as it wouldn't power on (or even any of the indicators illuminate) under battery or AC power. Sony reckon the adaptor is at fault but its putting out a continuous 15.515 ~ 15.516 volts, very close to the stated 15.6......
