  • Other Aviation Forums?

    Hi Guys,

Can you reccomend other aviation forums (similar to this one) out there? Are there any that you are part of? Any others out there that you enjoy?

If this forum is a little too sane for you, check out the idiocy at this site.

http://www.wings900.com/ is a good one. It is mostly for the aircraft model collector but it is good for all general aviation use. Another one is http://www.trainsandplanes.biz/index.php It is brand new only about 4 months old. It is a site for just about anything mainly the Aircraft and Train collector but we have many different sections. Because the site is so new we are still a little bit slow but we are hoping traffic picks up. Hope to see you at both of these sites.

Or you can check out the Big Blue Site...I'm sure the conversation there is far more intelligent then here

Just let the dust (IntheShade, Verbal & Co.) fall onto the ground and these forums will go back to normality.

I seriously doubt you and your friends could do that after reading your posts. You do post puppet shows but they don't amuse me and only disturb my IQ.

Hopefully! I really hope so, but then again - we have to shed just a few more prior to that happening.

Yep, there's always the big blue (cough, cough A.net) if you want to go there, where most of the aviation discussions are ultimately pointless (somehow they all boil down to A vs. B) and they charge $25 for the privilege of posting there.

The only thing I like about A.net, is their trip report forum because it's more active than the one here.

Why not check out Jetfighters.net, it's a pretty cool website.

                        Regards,

                        Rohan

                          www.scramble.nl (also in English)

Has also very good database(information) civil and mil and a lot of airport information such as spotting locations.
