    The large car renting companies have problems with large amount of cars stuck in odd places, in Stockholm 150 cars are stuck and they offer customers 80% deduction if they
    drive them back to places in need.

    What do you mean?...they rent a car and drop them in places as far as Sweden? and probably the car was rented in England?

      Article mention Spain and France needed to be driven back, lot more cars expected.
      Some guys took a taxi from Stockholm to Barcelona, about same price as bus for the 7 of them.
