Ouch. Quite harsh.
I do agree it may help if he could resize it a bit as it may cause some problems for modem users. But it doesn't need to be deleted.

Ok, I re-sized my signature to be a little bit smaller, but I can't upload it to the host website until another day, beacuse apparently I've exceeded my daily limit of how many MB I can upload
