Spam emails from me recently.

Some of you have been getting spam emails from my [email protected] account. I've taken steps to fix this.

Firstly, apologies for the inconvenience.

Secondly, if you use AOL and get the same problem try changing your password on the screenname. Apparently this stops the worm in its tracks.

Thirdly, NEVER open an attachment from anyone unless you know it's supposed to be there. I never thought about this: having some high end internet security made me think I was safe until this happened.

Fourthly, if you continue to get spam from my account could you let me know please with a plain text email ?
