...the needles are lit to heat them up, which conducts down into the deep tissue; thus the claim of a more intense healing process.
Looks so freakin' cool! Especially when they smoke up!
(and yes, we had circulation set up there aimed at keeping the smoke away from their nostrils as much as possible).
