See if you can figure out the model number of your new mouse and do a search using that for the driver???

Yes I did a search on a memorex website but it seems the company "strongly claims" no driver is needed. Anyway I installed a driver for 3 button mouse and the problem is still there

I suspect the problem comes from the adapter itself, which I dont have hte model number
