We're running OS X 10.3.1. , and no one in the family has had problems with it so far.

My iBook G3 900 MHZ 14 inch screen is doing me good. I got my copy of X-Plane 7.10 today (Yay) and it has been doing just fine with that. I think Ill sign up for the .switch part of Apples website. "...I used to hate Macs because of OS 9. Then OS X and X-Plane came out and I had to make the switch..."(generic plug)

I have no idea why it came with an MX, I didn't buy it, my Uncle did. I'm gonna get a Radeon 9600 128 though.

What OS does it have? I got an iBook G4 with OS X Panther, but I hear the update (10.3.2) has really caused problems for some people. I'm gonna stay away from it seeing as mine works just fine the way it is.
As much as I hate to say it, it appears that Apple is following Microsoft's lead and rushing faulty updates to market before they are fully tested. As much as I want to upgrade to Panther, I am quite content to stick it out with Jaguar for the time being. Some printers, external drives and other devices do not have an updates for Panther as of yet are causing many Panther users a lot of grief.

Good man (we Mac guys have to stick together)!

I bought a G5 (23 in Cinema, 1GB ram 160gb hd, dual 1.8ghz, Super drive) this past Oct and man this machine smokes in both 'Classic' and Jaguar, leaving those Wintel boxes in the dust! My B&W G3 has since been retired.

Hey, at least he didn't get stuck with a computer with an integrated graphics processor. When I bought my computer earlier this year, I admit that I knew nothing about graphics cards. I bought my computer because it fit in my price range. If I knew then what I know now, I would not have ended up with the computer I now have. I've been putting off doing some major upgrades, but will probably start some in the next few weeks. New processor (gotta ditch the Celeron), new mobo (my mobo won't support a P4 w/HT, a good sound card, and a good graphics card. I tried to upgrade the graphics card about four months ago, but it would not fit in my computer because of the case. By the time I'm done, the only OEM pieces will be the optical drives, the hard drives, the memory, and maybe the case.

If you don't want to spend too much on a graphics card, go with ATI Radeon 9600 series or Nvidia GeForce 4 Ti 4X00 series. Both cards do well for their price range .

    Nice!

My 1Ghz Pentium 3 does just fine for what I need to do.

Now all you need is FS2004 Clovis. :P
