I built my PC in a period between late 2001 and August 2003 with the money of some job I had (I plan to keep improving it but I have no money now as I lost my job due to bankruptcy).

It began as Celeron 433Mhz 64RAM 8Video 10 GB 5200 RPM HD with a single CD-ROM Reader and Windows 98.

          Now it has become:
          Pentium 4 2Ghz
          512 RAM DDR
nVidia GeForce FX5200 128 MB DDR AGP video card
          80 GB 7200 RPM HD
          CD-R/RW and CD-ROM

I have to say I also changed Screen, keyboard...the only things left from the old celeron are the mouse and the 1.44 disc drive, which is dailing btw but I never really use.

                    My main machine is my Laptop, a Sony Vaio GRX5P, it's about a year old;

                    P4 2Ghz
                    512 Mb SDRAM
                    60Gb HD
                    CDRW/DVD
                    16.1" Screen

Also have a Panasonic CF-27 Toughbook (water & shock-proof), only really keep that as it runs Win98 & I have some software on it that wont run in XP & it's handy to link to the GPS if I'm away in the car. That's about 2.5 / 3 years old.

Have a self-built P4 1.9Ghz machine at home, can't remember any of the specs as its so long since I was there That's about 18 months old. Collecting dust under the desk is my old desktop machine, IIRC it was a P2 333.

Have a few things ordered to fit to the desktop machine when I'm home next, mainly to setup a wireless network & broadband router, am also thinking of putting a larger screen (currently 17" flat-panel) on it.

I looked it up, you have 2 250 gig SATAs linked with RAID. Be carefull with it, RAID can be a real pain sometimes..[/b]
                            It's a Jeep thing, you wouldn't understand.

Ah RAID. I wish I could get that in my system. But, well right now I've got 60 GB instead of the 180. Took the 120 out, for now.

SATA 10K is better, but dell only offered that in 36GB, so i didn't get that.
