In Regina right now it is -35 degrees celcius with a windchill of -51! Tonight it will get down to -41 plus windchill! Damn it's cold !

Well, it was -31 F (-35C) here a few weeks ago but the windchill was down to -60F at times...so I guess we're about equal.Keep in mind he's probably talking celcious. Thats a hell of a lot colder than it was in NY.
