    You do know windchill factor only applies to bare skin? :P I fyour fully clothed, there is not loss to evaporation.

            No school?? PITT will always be in school even if we have 10 inches of snow in the ground! All the schools in Pittsburgh were closed including all the Universities!! But not the University of Pittsburgh...we still had class till 8:30 PM and had to face the wind chill and snow that awaited us after class....sometimes I really hate my school!

            Oh by the way last night...here in Clarion the wind chill was -38.

                            Oh...well then there's nothing to whine about.

                            We go to school when it's way colder than that. The past month we had many days where it was like -30C (-40C with windchill). Still gotta go to school...

                              you do know that at -40 F and C meet up. So any temp around that are pretty much the same.
