I hope you have lots of hard drives, bandwidth, knowledge on how to make a database. It's not as easy as it looks. And since everyone is already at jp.net and/or a.net why are they gonna go to your site???
Also if you were smart you would go to www.phpbb.com and d/l their board code then get a host that supports PHP and use that for your board.
