Yeah, so my roomate and I were kinda bored and we heard a rumor that when its really cold outside, if you take boiling water and throw it outside it turns into snow. It works. I learnt this the hard way. I was shovelling snow in my driveway, and there was hard ice underneath the powdery snow, which was not easy to shovel at all. Salt also did not seem to be working very well. So I decided to pour hot water on the ice in hopes of melting it. Did that happen? No. The water instantly froze and turned into ice, so now I had more ice to shovel.
