France, Germany, China and Russia sold Iraq WMD secrets? Never heard it from that angle. I doubt it but it's still an interesting point of view. Though I doubt it, it could possibly be true. Who knows.

I guess we'll wait and see later once the smoke has cleared.

I believe that all the countries mentioned, and that includes the USA, were involved in the processes at one or the other time so that Saddam could construct WMDs. Some may have directly transferred the knowledge necessary to produce such weapons, i.e. France or Russia, while others probably just delivered technology that was later adapted for warfare production. With a little incentive most modern machines can also be used for other tasks than they were meant for.

Wait, does Germany even have any WMD's?

From what I know, their armed forces are conventional.

I am not sure if they have them, but they may have transferred conventional technology that may have helped Saddam getting them.
