AFAIK photographing POWs and then making the photos public is illegal, same for showing POWs on television so that any individual can be recognized. However, I can be wrong. If showing photos is illegal, then certainly interrogation will be, too.
Iraqi POWs are making it worse for themselves. We suffered casualties when they pretended to surrender and than attacked. This is making it tougher for others to surrender easily.
