Scott, I realize you've become a friend of Jeff's. However, to be fair, you have to admit some of his comments were rather inappropriate for these forums, either because of his attitude or the language used.

Jeff isn't the kind of guy that will directly give an answer to a question. He gives them hints and has them do research to find thier answers. People don't realise that they actually learn more looking things up themselves.
