I didn't really understand some of that,but yeah,I know alot about the planes I've heard of.For ex:The 747-100 that transports the space shuttle is an ex- AA bird.
Well it's a start, but you have alot to learn.
I'm drawing blanks on this one. First thought was a Canberra, but that sits a bit higher.
...and it typically uses both engines at the same time.
The two engines (which are not used at the same time) are used for distinctly different phases of the journey.
The two engines both provide propulsion. But why have two engines & not use them both at the same time? If they're used for different phases of the journey one phase is obviously flight, whats the other?
