I'm glad that they've got it at least out in the sun. Can't wait to see it fly. Piasecki has some odd looking craft over the years, but the Speehawk actually promises some interesting performance if the computer models and the previous "Piasecki Speedxxx" conversions are right.

DARPA and the Army are paying for this research vehicle to see how much they can really gain on a modification of an existing airframe. Piasecki is claiming somewhere around 20% performance gain all-around, so it'll be interesting to read the results.
