          • Thanks AJ
I am sorry not to honnor my job, but I have to relinquish my turn to keep the thread running. By my f*cken and increasingly nerve raking cybercafe, I can't not anymore resize, rerecord picture again and all that by using cellsea as I did until then. I could have been tempted to lift the screen and smash it on the premises' wall, but I mus resist !!!
So again in the interest of letting the thread running, anyone can take over my turn. Sorry again for the inconvenience and glitch caused.

                Cheers,
I can tell you that those are F-86 Sabres in the background, but what in blazes is the aircraft in the foreground, beats me.

                  • Negative on the B57/Canberra, sorry.

                    This aircraft is single engined.

                    Cheers,

                      • I`m afraid you are on the wrong side of the Atlantic, Alain. This one is from our side of the pond. But you are right on one point however, this is a prototype aircraft.

                        Cheers,

                        • And just in case someone is suffering from lack-of-landing-gear-picture-withdrawal-syndrome, here is the nose gear of the beast:

                            • Cross the channel, my friend. But the engine was British, though.

Another hint, think of the period between November 23rd and December 21st....

                              Cheers,

                              • Maybe the cockpit can help identifying this aircraft?
