    Cheers,
If I was REALLY picky I'd say that I wanted DH Heron 114....but that'll do !

Over to you then...but could I make a small request ? The originator of this thread originally intended for it to be a "Name That Airliner" quiz. Could we stick to airliners for a while ?

Knowing you as I have come to Kjell, I'm sure that you can come up with something obscure !!
If it 'ain't broken........ Don't try to mend it !

    • Thanks, Brian.

And I quite agree, lets stick to SLF-carriers for a while. Here`s something obscure....

            • I must agree that not all aircraft hailing from English drawing boards have been models of beauty, but the English are quite innocent when it comes to this particular aircraft. The designer in quesion did mend his ways, and went on to produce some aircraft that to my eye were quite comely.

              Here`s more of the aircraft:

              Cheers,

P.S. I have been boating all day Saturday, so I must apologize for my tardiness in responding.

                • That`s the one. AKA Sikorsky S21. Good old Igor had som juvenile design delinquency to answer for. Just out of curiosity, what did you google for? I came across it while looking for something completely different.

Well done, and the wheel of control revert back to you.

                  Cheers,

                  • At first I was googling Fokker, mostly because the uniforms the people seemed to be appropriate to that part of the world. One of the links came up with the Koolhoven website and it was a pure coincidence that the Sikorksy picture that you used was there.

I've just woken up so I'll have a look around more airliners...back soon.

Once I realized that those panels is on an engine nacelle I started looking at turboprops where the nacelle is both above and below the leading edge. I found it after looking at the ATP and a few others.....

Hmmm... that`s a tough one. But lets see what an overhead panel and a glareshield can bring about?
