• Okay.

I came upon this one by accident. It was a prototype, never produced or operated.

The aircraft had a unique (for its time) powerplant feature.

        • A careful look at the photo may provide a hint as to the lineage.

first one produced in 1945, crashed in '46 taking the pilot with it. Maybe???

            • I`m feeling sure about this one, the Beechcraft model 34 Twin-Quad.

Nope. You missed it by one model and Kjell beat you to it.

                  • Thanks, Don.

I`m yielding the seat to Tim Wagenknecht in recognition of the steer, besides I`ll be away for about 24 hours.

                    Cheers,

                      • Easiest way to do it without using up JP storage space is to go to (for instance ) Imageshack free photostorage site,

                        ..upload your picture,

                        ..open the picture in Imageshack

..click on the image in Imageshack so that you see only the image and not the associated advertising.

                        ..copy the URL

..paste the URL into your JP thread post with after the URL. These commands cause the image to open in the posting.
